Don’t Miss the
Ayurveda: The Doshas & Beyond Workshop in April

In this workshop, Sharyn Galindo will help explore the subtle and gross concepts that underlie the doshas so that we can have a deeper clearer understanding. We will look at the physiological systems of the body-mind complex; the tissues and organs, the channels of flow, the many digestions and the production of toxins. Last, and really most important, we will learn and practice accessible daily and seasonal routines that will facilitate an immediate, positive result for your personal well-being.
