With the addition of Ayurvedic Healthcare, a new location in Evanston, and a continually expanding host of workshops and classes, we hope to provide many new opportunites for your health and wellness. In order to keep you informed of all that we have to offer, we have endeavored to make this site much more informational and more user friendly. We hope you like the new look of our site, and encourage any thoughts or suggestions you may have to improve our communications with you.

Classes Begin in New Evanston Location

Starting in January, 2010 we will be offering classes in a new Evanston facility. This newly renovated space is a convenient location for those in the Evanston area.

Yoga for the Average Joe

Join us for North Shore Yoga’s first class designed for men, i.e. any “Joe” interested in starting or improving his Yoga practice! No girls allowed! In this four class series, you will be introduced to sun salutations, proper breathing, and fundamental postures including standing postures, seated postures, twists, balancing postures, and more.

Ayurvedic Healthcare Now Available

After 2 1/2 years of study, Sharyn Galindo recently completed her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner (AHP) certification with California College of Ayurveda. We are now proud to offer Ayurvedic Consultation for health maintenance, energy rejuvination or healing from more serious diseases.

Try Our New Community Accupuncture with Kyla Boles

Kyla is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM.), as well as being licensed as an Acupuncturist by the State of Illinois.
